AST (Kiểm tra ứng suất tăng tốc cao) là một loại thử nghiệm được sử dụng để đánh giá độ tin cậy của các linh kiện điện tử và các vật liệu khác trong điều kiện nhiệt độ và độ ẩm cao. Buồng thử nghiệm HAST là thiết bị cung cấp các điều kiện được kiểm soát về nhiệt độ và độ ẩm cao để mô phỏng tác động của lão hóa và suy thoái đối với vật liệu trong khoảng thời gian ngắn hơn thời gian sử dụng thông thường.
